Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

This is a plain-language summary of how Pearl works, provided so you know what you're agreeing to. It is a template and has not been reviewed by a lawyer for any specific jurisdiction — it does not replace independent legal advice.

1. What Pearl is

Pearl is a cloud-mining platform: your package funds the purchase of a real, physical GPU, which we buy, install, and mine with on your behalf. You receive its daily output, credited to your account balance in USD terms, for as long as that package is active. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Pearl — in most places this means being at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and not barred from using services like this under the laws that apply to you. You're responsible for checking that using Pearl is lawful where you live before you sign up.

3. Your account

Registration requires your name and country, in addition to an email and password. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and any two-factor authentication secret confidential, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account. One person or entity should not operate more than one account unless we've agreed to it in writing.

4. Deposits and packages

You fund your account by depositing supported cryptocurrency to a deposit address generated for your account. We credit your balance once the deposit is confirmed on-chain to the number of confirmations we require for that coin. Buying a GPU package deducts its price from your balance and activates that card immediately, for the fixed term you chose (12, 18, or 24 months). You'll receive a PDF contract for each package, covering its price, term, and electricity fee. Longer terms cost more up front in exchange for more total days of output; the daily output rate itself doesn't change with term length. The package stops producing output once its term ends, or earlier if explained in Section 5.

5. Output is not guaranteed

Daily output is based on the hashrate of your active package(s), live network conditions, and the coin's market price — it is not a fixed, promised, or principal-protected return, and it can rise or fall at any time. Every active package also carries a flat daily electricity fee, disclosed in its contract; if that fee ever exceeds the value of a package's output on a given day, that package is automatically canceled, and the amount already paid for it is not refunded. Past output is not a guarantee of future output. See our Risk Disclosure for more detail.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed automatically and sent on-chain without manual review. We may still ask for additional verification (including confirming your email) on large or unusual withdrawal requests, and we may decline or delay a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms. Withdrawals require at least one prior real deposit (or earned referral commission). Minimum withdrawal amounts and supported payout coins are shown in Settings and can change.

7. Referrals

If you refer someone using your referral link or code, you may earn a commission on their qualifying activity, at the rates shown on the Referral page. Referral rates, eligibility, and payout timing can change going forward; we won't retroactively reduce commission already credited to your balance for past activity.

8. Fees

Any fees that apply — for example a withdrawal network fee — are disclosed to you before you confirm the relevant action. We don't charge hidden fees beyond what's shown on the relevant page at the time.

9. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • Only withdraw to wallets you actually control.
  • Double-check your destination address and network before confirming — crypto transfers cannot be reversed once sent.
  • Keep your password and 2FA secret, and don't share account access with anyone else.
  • Use the service in line with these terms and applicable law.

10. Prohibited use

You may not use Pearl to launder money, finance illegal activity, evade sanctions, exploit bugs for unintended gain, interfere with the platform's operation, or create multiple accounts to abuse free offers or referral rewards. See our AML Policy for more on this.

11. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or close an account for fraud, abuse, suspected illegal activity, or violation of these terms, including while we investigate. Where an account is closed for reasons other than violation of these terms, we'll work with you in good faith on any balance owed, paid out per the process described in Section 6.

12. Service availability and changes

Like any software service, Pearl can have downtime, bugs, or be affected by factors outside our control, including third-party blockchain networks and price feeds. We may add, change, or discontinue features (including package pricing, output rates, and supported coins) going forward, and will try to give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect existing balances or active packages.

13. Intellectual property

The Pearl name, logo, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misrepresent our branding as your own.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Pearl is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including losses caused by market movements, network conditions, or third-party failures outside our control.

15. Risk

Cryptocurrency markets and mining output are both volatile. Only use funds you can afford to have fluctuate in value, or in the worst case lose. Read the full Risk Disclosure before depositing.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use Pearl after a change means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

This template doesn't specify a governing law or dispute-resolution forum — that should be filled in for your actual operating entity and jurisdiction before this is used as a real, binding agreement.
